DESIGN & ARTWORK RECREATION POLICY

Design and artwork recreation fees are nonrefundable once work has begun. These fees cover the time, skill, and labor involved in creating, recreating, or preparing your artwork for printing.

Design fees are separate from printing and product charges. Canceling your print order or receiving a refund for printed products does not make completed design services eligible for a refund.

Please review your proof carefully and approve all spelling, wording, layout, and colors before printing. Screen colors may vary from printed colors, and exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon before ordering.

If we cannot complete the agreed design service, the fee for the uncompleted service will be refunded. This policy does not limit any rights required by applicable law.
