Wholesale DTF Partner Program
Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: November 2, 2026
Welcome to The Luxe Print Co. Wholesale DTF Partner Program. Our program provides approved businesses with discounted direct-to-film (DTF) printing services based on their purchasing volume.
By participating in this program, wholesale partners agree to the following terms.
1. Wholesale Membership Tiers
Tier 1 — Starter Partner
- Qualifying monthly spending average: $150–$399.99
- Discount: 15% off eligible retail DTF printing prices
- Standard production turnaround: 1-2 business days
Tier 2 — Growth Partner
- Qualifying monthly spending average: $400–$999.99
- Discount: 25% off eligible retail DTF printing prices
- Standard production turnaround: 1–2 business days
- Priority production scheduling when capacity permits
- Basic file review included
Tier 3 — Elite Partner
- Qualifying monthly spending average: $1,000 or more
- Discount: 35% off eligible retail DTF printing prices
- Priority production scheduling
- Standard production turnaround: 1–2 business days
- Basic file review included
- Eligibility for individually negotiated production arrangements
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and may change based on order size, production volume, equipment availability, and file readiness.
2. Wholesale Qualification
All applicants must receive approval from The Luxe Print Co. before receiving wholesale pricing.
Applicants must provide accurate business and contact information. Additional documentation may be requested to verify business operations.
New wholesale partners initially enter Tier 1 unless The Luxe Print Co. approves a higher introductory tier.
The minimum wholesale order subtotal is $75 before shipping and taxes.
3. 90-Day Rolling Spending Average
Wholesale membership tiers are determined using a rolling 90-day purchasing history.
The Luxe Print Co. calculates the customer’s qualifying purchases completed during the preceding 90 calendar days, divides the total by three, and uses the resulting monthly average to determine tier eligibility.
Qualifying purchases include paid, eligible wholesale DTF printing orders, less refunds and adjustments.
Shipping, sales tax, design services, recreation fees, and other nonprinting charges do not count toward wholesale qualification.
The calculation is reviewed monthly.
Tier Upgrades
Partners who reach the spending requirement for a higher tier during a monthly review will qualify for an upgrade.
Approved upgrades apply to future eligible orders only. Previous orders will not be retroactively discounted.
Tier Retention
Partners maintain their current tier as long as their rolling 90-day monthly spending average meets the applicable minimum.
Tier Downgrades
If a partner falls below their tier’s required spending average, a 30-day grace period will begin following notification.
During this period, the partner may retain their current discount.
At the end of the grace period, spending will be reviewed again. If the required threshold has not been met, the account may be moved to the appropriate qualifying tier.
Partners whose rolling average falls below $150 may lose wholesale access until they requalify.
4. Pricing and Discounts
Wholesale discounts apply only to eligible DTF printing products designated by The Luxe Print Co.
Discounts do not apply to shipping, taxes, design or artwork recreation fees, finished apparel, or other excluded products.
Wholesale discounts cannot be combined with promotional codes, sales, or other discounts unless expressly authorized.
Pricing and discount structures may be modified with 30 days’ advance notice.
5. Artwork and File Requirements
Customers must submit print-ready artwork meeting the following standards:
- PNG format with a transparent background
- 300 DPI at intended print size
- RGB color mode
- Clean, defined edges
- Correct dimensions and orientation
- No unintended shadows, glows, or semitransparent background pixels
Files containing excessive white ink coverage, problematic transparency, or other production concerns may require revision or additional charges.
The Luxe Print Co. may decline files that cannot be printed reliably.
Artwork recreation, background removal, color correction, and design modifications are not included in wholesale pricing.
6. Payment and Production
Payment in full is required before production begins unless separate written payment terms have been approved.
Production turnaround begins once payment is received and all artwork requirements are satisfied.
Orders may be delayed if submitted files require clarification or correction.
7. Refunds, Reprints, and Quality Claims
Because DTF prints are custom-produced, orders are generally nonrefundable once production begins, except where required by law or where The Luxe Print Co. authorizes a refund.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork before submission.
The Luxe Print Co. is not responsible for customer-supplied artwork errors, incorrect dimensions, spelling mistakes, or unsuitable file quality.
Color differences may occur between digital displays and finished prints.
Claims involving missing, damaged, or defective prints must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or pickup, with photographs and the applicable order number.
Verified production defects will be addressed through an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, reprint, or refund.
This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
8. Pressing and Application
Wholesale DTF transfers are supplied unpressed unless otherwise specified.
Customers are responsible for proper storage, handling, pressing temperatures, pressure, application procedures, and garment compatibility.
The Luxe Print Co. is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect application or handling after delivery.
9. Account Review and Termination
The Luxe Print Co. reserves the right to review wholesale accounts, verify eligibility, and suspend or terminate participation for policy violations, fraudulent activity, unpaid balances, or misuse of wholesale benefits.
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved account holders and may not be transferred to another business without authorization.
10. Agreement
By submitting a wholesale application, accepting program membership, or placing a wholesale order, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
